I have heard that the best lies contain an element of truth… and this phrase came blazing back to me as I was running 'right on time' the other day.
The time on the clock, is a lie.
As you can see… the best lie contains an element of truth. Had the wall clock said it was noon, or even two o'clock I'd have known it was wrong, but being just ten minutes slow is enough to throw me off.
