Most parents experience something like this: You take the child and though they are hungry, and the food is the MOST TASTY thing in the world, they will not eat it… or even try it.
This kind of thing happens to me all of the time! (times four!) It's common, I've talked to a lot of parents who know what I mean, and in a state of confusion I've composed a little visual story.
Once upon a time I had a picky eater…
He even chewed it up and swallowed it!
and without begging, or pleading, or offering rewards... they eat it.
But heaven forbid! (and what was I thinking!!??) when I asked them to try this?!?
And they lived happily ever after… and I was very confused.
Do you have any odd eating habits?

Welcome, on our behave. I've had one that wouldn't eat strawsberries, unless at the neighbors house, and one bless his heart, that now likes 'squid', just look out for the suckers. Go figure!
