It's about time, the time we spend together, and the things we say while we're doing things together. I had an amazing time discussing with my son all of the things a Father should tell his son. It was a good time.

- I taught him how to do the Arnold presses, and he worked SO HARD, and by the end trooped through it, I had a great time talking to him about how weight lifting principles can be applied to real life.
