Parenting is often hilarious; but it can be dangerous too… I have found that when you introduce seemingly innocent ideas to young minds that those ideas or philosophies have a way of coming back to haunt you.

Boy:  Daddy?

Me: Yes son?

Boy: What does needful mean?

Me: (Perplexed) It means something is needed.

Boy: Oh.

Boy: What does it mean to be confused?

Me: It means you don't understand something.

Boy: Do you like fresh air?

Me: yes.

Boy: Do you like having lots of money?

Me: … yes.

Boy: Do you like being healthy?

Me: … ? … yes.

Boy:  Do you like your favorite food?

Me: ? … ? … Yes.

Boy:  Can we have Ice Cream?

Me: … no.

Boy: (Calling to his brother) The Yes trick didn't work!!!
