Every week I like to offer a little advice to my children, things I had to learn the hard way (or what ever way I had to learn them, as long as I've learned them).
This week the lesson is more simple than most. This week, I encourage you to sing.
It's hard to be upset when singing, it's hard to be stressed. Physiologically you have to breathe differently when you sing, and that kind of breathing can relax you, and distract you.
So… SING, even if you sound terrible!
Wishing always only the very best!
